Veggie-noodle soup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onions, french beans, carrots and celery for atleast 3 minutes.

  2. Add 6 cups water and bay leaf and let cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add chilies potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, boil for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Add noodles(pasta), baked beans, vegetable cubes, salt and pepper.

  5. Serve hot garnished with grated cheese and chopped parsley.




Ingredients

  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1 carrot, 1 potato, 6 french beans(cut into 1 inch thin sticks)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ cup boiled noodles
  • 3 tbsp baked beans(optional)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 vegetable cube
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • chopped parsley
