Mango Jelly

Instructions
  1. Keep mangoes in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.

  2. To this, add sugar and heat in a pan until the sugar dissolves. Now add cream, dissolved gelatin and cool it.

  3. In a small vessel, add 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar, lemon juice and dissolve them.

  4. Take the jelly mould, keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes, remove and apply the lemon juice mixture to the mould and keep it again in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

  5. Take the jelly mould from the refrigerator, place the mango pieces at the bottom. Above this, pour the mango juice and chill it for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately.

  • 4 mangoes
  • 75g cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 15g gelatin
  • Mango pieces for decoration
  • 1 lemon
